Dear Parent/Carer,
Year 11 Parent Consultation Evening
We would like to invite you in to school on Tuesday 3rd February 2026 to discuss your child’s report with their Consultation Tutor, from 6pm-7.30pm. You will receive the report on the morning of 3rd February by email. The report will be sent to the email address of the priority 1 contact held on the school system.
Where you have any questions or concerns about specific subjects these should be discussed with your child’s Consultation Tutor first and then if required, you will have the opportunity to see subject teachers if they are free.
Appointment times will go live on, Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 6pm. To book your consultation appointment, please click here- https://bctsa.schoolcloud.co.uk/.
You do not need to download any applications but simply need access to a web browser.
Consultation appointments will be approx. 10 minutes per student. Students must attend in full school uniform.
You will need to login using the details that the school holds for your child's priority 1 contact. Appointments must be made by the end of the day on Wednesday 28th January 2026, if you have not made an appointment by this date, your child’s Consultation Tutor will make the appointment for you.
