At Bishop Challoner Catholic College, we greatly value the vital role employers play in enriching our careers education programme. By sharing their expertise, real-world insights, and pathways into the workplace, employers help to inspire our students and broaden their understanding of the world of work. We invite a wide range of colleges, training providers and UTCs to discuss vocational pathways with our students in years 7-13. Our careers programme is fully PALs compliant.
In addition to work experience placements, we welcome employers to inspire our students in a range of different ways, some of which include:

- Virtual sessions
Employer support for our young people in developing key employability skills, raising aspirations, and identifying their unique gifts and future vocations is essential. Working together, we empower students to step confidently towards a well considered and purposeful future.
