Dear Year 13

We would like to congratulate you all on achieving your A-level and Vocational qualifications and I would like to pay tribute to the fantastic work you have carried out during your time in the sixth form at Bishop Challoner.

We are extremely proud of you all for the efforts you have made to secure your grades - you are all exceptional, inspiring, and talented young people and we have no doubt that you will all continue to be happy and fulfilled as you embark on the next stage of your journey through life.

We would also like to thank your teachers for all their work and the commitment they have given to you, during your time at Bishop Challoner Sixth Form College.

In addition, we offer our thanks to your parents and carers for the support they have provided you with and for the support they have offered the sixth form – it is much appreciated.

Many of you have received offers for a place at a university or an apprenticeship. It was great on results day hearing about so many exciting plans lots of you have next year and in the future.

If you have not met the conditions of your offer for university do not panic. Many universities may still be able to offer you your place. If not, there are still thousands of courses available through UCAS Clearing. In the first instance, you can also email Miss Darby if you would like any further guidance or support.

Results Day is a cause for great celebration, and we offer our thoughts and prayers to all, our young people in Year 13, as you embark on university study or work-related training in the coming weeks and months.

God bless you all and we offer you our very best wishes.

Best Regards,

Mr Mullins

Head of Sixth Form
