Dear Parent/Carer,
We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to Bishop Challoner Catholic College on Friday 6th September for the Netbook Device Handout. We wanted to take this moment to remind you about the Netbook Device Programme Handout and the Donation Scheme that supports it.
The Device Handout will take place on Friday 6th September.
Devices for which a donation plan has been setup, can be collected on Friday 6th September from 2:40pm through to 3:30pm from our Sports Hall. Please report to the main reception of the school with your confirmation email from the Learning Foundation visible on your phone or printed off. In order for the device to leave site, an adult (parent or carer) must be present. For safeguarding, devices will not be sent home with a child only.
Please be reminded that a device can only be collected if a donation plan has been setup for that student and a parent/carer is present.

If you are not able to set up the donation plan before Friday for whatever reason, then please attend on Friday and there will be IT staff to support you set up a donation plan or explain alternative arrangements.
