    • Designed and chaired an impact and evaluation meeting, with members of the National Centre of Excellence for Teaching Mathematics (NCETM) present, as well as the Assistant Maths Hub Leads (each who have a role leading primary/secondary/post-16 maths professional development across the region), and the operational team

  • Bishop Challoner is contributing to the moral purpose of education: improving the educational landscape for everyone
  • Skills learnt about managing teams, budgets, strategic direction and vision, EEF’s implementation plans – are all directly relatable to school leadership

What do you enjoy most about working in this school, and what keeps you motivated in your role?

  • I enjoy working alongside colleagues both in my department and across the wider school – they are supportive, kind, and hard-working
  • The variability in the role is hugely challenging and rewarding
  • I feel supported and empowered by leadership to continue in such an outward facing role
