Incredibly! I have learned so much by being in a fast-past, ever evolving incredible environment, with inspirational colleagues who offer continual challenge and support. 

 

What does a typical day look like in your role, and how do you feel it contributes to the overall success of the school?

I work with other member of SLT and our Extended SLT to trouble shoot, to develop new systems and processes and to offer strategic advice or support. We are an outward looking school, benefitting from an incredible network, so sometimes my role will involve collaborating with other schools and organisations in our local area or across the Diocese (and the country!).

 

What do you enjoy most about working in this school, and what keeps you motivated in your role?

I value having a sense of purpose - all that we do here at Challoner is for the benefit for our students and staff.
