Dear Parent/Carer,
Parent Consultation Day - Friday 16th July 2021
You will receive your child’s end of year report w/c Monday 12th July 2021, you then have the opportunity to discuss the report with your child’s Personal Tutor by video call on Friday 16th July 2021 from 8.30am-3.30pm.
Where you have any questions or concerns about specific subjects these should be discussed with your child’s Personal Tutor and if necessary, these will be passed on to the relevant staff who will be asked to make contact with you week commencing Monday 19th July 2021.
You do not need to download any applications but simply need access to a web browser.
Consultation appointments will be 9 minutes per student in duration and will automatically finish when the time is up.

You will need to login using the details that the school holds for your child's priority contact. Appointments must be made by the end of the day on Wednesday 14th July 2021.
Where you have more than one child please ensure you book individual appointment times for each child, consecutively where possible.
Where your child's Head of Year would ordinarily have requested to see you on the day, they may also be in contact with you, this call will not be time specific.
