Parent, Carer Letter - Y7 Ball Crew

Dear Parent/Carer,

 

I am writing to inform you of the changes that have been made to the Birmingham Classic 2021. As many of you will be aware, Bishop Challoner have provided the Ball Crew for many years for the Birmingham Classic Tennis Competition.  

The Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) have changed their Covid-19 operational requirements by increasing the age limit and reducing the Ball Crew squad number. This means that unfortunately, Year 7 students will not be able to trial or be a part of this year’s Ball Crew. We are sorry to inform you of this however, please understand that this decision is beyond our control. As it stands, we are hopeful that next year your child will have the opportunity to trial for the squad in Year 8.
