Highbury Park Safety

 

Dear Parents/Carers, Students and Staff,

We have been advised by the police that within the last week there have been reports received of a male committing offences against female victims in Highbury Park.  For the local community to stay safe, please take notice of the advice below. 

• Take an alternative route if possible for now.
• If you must use the park then do so in a group, keep to the main pathways, and do not loiter or hang around.
• If a male approaches you and tries to chat, move away to somewhere safe and do not engage in conversation. 
• Call 999 if you feel your safety is at risk or if you feel threatened. 
• If you see something happening that you think is a crime call 999 straight away.
