Thank you to those who attended on Friday 8th September to collect your child’s netbook. Apologies again to any who were affected by the technical issue which cause confusion with confirmation of direct debit set up. We thank you for your patience whilst this was resolved.
A couple of frequently asked questions:
Device Login Details
Beginning last week and concluding this week, students are creating their login details during their computing lessons. The login details are a combination of their email address and personal chosen password, all students will have this information by the end of this week.
What if I was unable to come on Friday?
If you were unable to attend on Friday, collection of device can be arranged for this week at a time and date convenient to you. Please email netbookenquiries@bishopchalloner.bham.sch.uk, to discuss further and confirm a time and date that works. A reminder, the device must be collected by an adult.
What if I have yet to setup the direct debit donation but wish for my child to be part of the scheme?
To sign up for the program. Please follow one of the links below, that best suits your needs. Should the payment amount be of concern, please contact me using my details at the bottom of this letter.
When does my child need to bring the device into school?
If your child has a device, they are free to bring it into school as of now. Further communication will be made regarding the date on which devices are expected in school and will be considered part of their school equipment.
