Dear Parent/Carer,

Asthma, Anaphylaxis and Diabetes

In order for your child/ren to participate safely with Trips and offsite events, including offsite PE, they must carry their medication with them. This is imperative for their safety and to avoid disappointment if unable to participate. 

Other medications must be handed in to First Aid or the trip leader on the day.
