Wash your hands - Doctors report a surge in colds and flu each December and one of the main ways of catching a virus is by touching a contaminated communal surface such as a door handle, then touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Try singing one chorus of Jingle Bells while you wash hands to double the time spent scrubbing off those bugs.
